We are a logistics and e-commerce services company based in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The platform described on this website grew out of our own warehouse operations: we needed a system that connected sales channels to the physical work on the floor, and we built it.
What we do
Eucashbox Logistik GmbH provides logistics services and e-commerce operations for merchants selling in Germany and neighbouring European markets. Our work covers inbound handling, storage, pick and pack, carrier hand-over and returns processing, together with the commercial and administrative tasks that go with cross-border selling.
Because we operate the warehouse ourselves, the software we build is shaped by real constraints: cut-off times, short picks, carrier claims, returns that must be graded before they can be sold again. That is why the platform is organised around a despatch queue rather than around reports.
How the platform came about
For years we ran our own operation on spreadsheets and marketplace back offices. Every additional channel meant another login, another stock figure and another place where an order could be missed. The platform started as an internal tool to keep one stock pool and one order queue across channels. We now make it available to merchants who face the same problem, whether they store with us or in their own building.
Development and operations are handled by our own team in Germany. We do not resell a white-label product, and we do not operate the platform as an app store listing.

Eucashbox Omnichannel Fulfillment & Logistics Management Platform — a web application for merchants who hold their own stock and sell through several channels. It collects orders from connected sales channels, keeps inventory aligned across those channels, and drives pick, pack, despatch and returns in the warehouse. Connections to sales channels are authorised by the merchant and use the channel's official interface; for Amazon this is the Selling Partner API.
