The platform is billed as a monthly subscription. Core order and inventory visibility is free; the operational modules are priced per month. There is no per-order commission and no charge for user seats.

All prices are net in euro, excluding statutory VAT. VAT is charged at the rate applicable to the customer's country — 19% for customers in Germany, reverse charge for VAT-registered business customers in other EU member states. Billing is monthly in advance; annual prepayment receives a 15% discount.
Add-ons
Add-ons are monthly unless marked as one-off. They can be switched on and off with 30 days' notice at the end of a billing month.

Fulfilment services (storage, handling, carrier postage) are a separate logistics service and are not part of the software subscription. You can use the platform without buying any logistics service from us.

Enterprise pricing is quoted individually because the cost depends on order volume, number of sites and the integrations required. The components above are the starting points for that quote — we do not apply undisclosed volume surcharges.
